Teaching Aids For Music reserves the right to cancel any order, and refund the total amount charged to the customer, for any reason.

From to to time promotional and educational material may be sent from Teaching Aids For Music to our customers who have opted to receive our Newsletter. Customers may opt out of of receiving promotional/informational emails at any time.

Shipping

Shipping charges applied to orders are quotes only until Teaching Aids For Music ships the order to the customer. Should the actual cost of shipping the order exceed the quote, Teaching Aids For Music reserves to right to cancel the order and will provide the customer with a full refund. Customers will be contacted with a new quote on the shipping cost and may decide at that time to proceed with the order.

Refund of shipping charges where the order has been returned undelivered to the customer are at the discretion of Teaching Aids For Music.

As a customer, you are responsible to comply with International, National or local laws regulating importation of products that you may purchase. You are also solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, fees and/or any other expenses related to importing the products you order. Please be advised that Teaching Aids For Music is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments. We strongly recommend that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations, taxes, and duties before placing your order. Teaching Aids For Music is not liable for packages refused or held for delivery and you will not receive a refund or credit for any losses associated with customs decisions or for any fees, duties or taxes.

Returns/Refunds

Products may be returned for a full refund, less shipping, to be received by us within 45 days of the initial shipment date provided they are in original condition and are complete with all the original accessories, packaging and a copy of the sales receipt.

The same credit card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or we have determined that the product is defective.
