Products may be returned for a full refund, less shipping, to be received by us within 45 days of the initial shipment date provided they are in original condition and are complete with all the original accessories, packaging and a copy of the sales receipt.

The same credit card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or we have determined that the product is defective.

We guarantee the quality of our merchandise for at least one year, under conditions of normal use. Normal use being defined as wear and tear incurred while the merchandise was being used for it's intended purposes.
